Being an Internet and Music addict, I often listen to songs when I am browsing. Obviously I would be running two applications on my PC. It is more convenient when I could do both in my Chrome Browser. Achshar Player is a Chrome application completely built on HTML 5 and Javascript which lets you add songs from your PC and play them even if you are not connected to the internet. This is quite useful when you do not have a media player installed. It is a rare case but considerable when you are having a tough time with Windows.

Once installed, you can add music form your computer by clicking on “+” sign near Music Explorer and then drag files from your PC into the application window. Alternatively you can add songs manually.

You can add multiple songs in this way. To play or delete the songs, just click on the play or delete button at the bottom of the screen.

The menu on the left has some useful options for you to search songs or list them according to artists, albums or name of the songs.
